Dan concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation and insurance law. Though he primarily represents defendants in cases involving construction accidents, automobile accidents, and premises liability, he also has experience representing plaintiffs in complex medical malpractice cases. Dan’s trial skills as well as his skills in negotiating settlements have yielded the best possible results for our clients. By way of pro bono, Dan regularly volunteers his time through the Erie County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyer Project where he represents indigent members of the community during their eviction proceedings.

For several years, Dan chaired the firm’s Charities Committee which considers and recommends community organizations and events for support by our firm. Outside the practice of law, Dan is a member of U.S. Lacrosse and an elected board member of the Niagara Frontier Lacrosse Officials Association. He is both a high school and NCAA college lacrosse official and was invited to officiate the Empire State Games on two occasions. In 2008, Dan had the distinct honor to be selected as one of only nine officials in the state to officiate the New York State Championship Games held at Hofstra University.
