Attorney Rocco Lucente II |

Rocco Lucente, II was born and raised in Western New York, graduated from Canisius High School and Canisius College, and obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Michigan State University, Detroit College of Law. He is a member of the Erie County, New York State and American Bar Associations. He has been a member of Cohen & Lombardo, P.C. since 1986.

His areas of concentration include business, lending and real estate law. He is a member of the Real Property Law Committee for the Erie County Bar Association. His understanding of these areas comes not only from representing lending institutions, purchasers, sellers, and developers, but also from his experience as a general contractor for the construction of a plaza, apartment buildings and even his own home. This broad experience on both sides of the coin has been invaluable to the Cohen & Lombardo’s real estate and lending clients.

Rocco also focuses a great deal of his practice in the areas of business and corporate law. He is legal counsel to over 70 corporations ranging from small, single-shareholder corporations to large, multi-dimensional corporations. He additionally represents numerous limited liability companies, sole proprietorships, partnerships and several internationally-renowned clients. Rocco takes a great deal of pride in helping businesses maximize their potential.

His areas of concentration also include trusts and estates and civil litigation. Rocco's very first litigation matter resulted in the trial court's decision being upheld by New York State's highest court, the Court of Appeals, resulting in new law. Rocco's dedication and diligence have served Cohen & Lombardo's nationwide litigation clients well. He has recently been chosen as one of the top 3% of attorneys from around the nation by “The Legal News.”

Rocco, his wife, Linda, and their two children, Lauren and Chase, make their home in the Town of Clarence. They are also Parishioners of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Clarence.

Rocco is a Fellow of the New York State Bar Foundation and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo and the Eastern Hills Sunrise Rotary Club. He is also a Managing Partner here at Cohen and Lombardo, P.C.
