Attorney Timothy J. Altieri |

Timothy J. Altieri was born and raised in Western New York and despite his venture to Law School in Lansing, Michigan, has remained a lifelong resident. After graduating from St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute (2000), he attended the State University of New York at Buffalo, and earned his Bachelor’s degree in English (2004). Mr. Altieri spent his last year at the University at Buffalo as an elected Judge on the University’s Judicial Branch of the Student Government. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan (2007) where he served as the Charter President of the Italian-American Law Society. Additionally, Mr. Altieri achieved a concentration in Litigation (criminal & civil).

Tim is a member of the: American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Defender’s Association, New York County Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association and also serves as a committee member on the Erie County Bar Association’s Criminal Law Committee. |

Mr. Altieri is admitted in the State Courts of New York and Florida as well as the United States District Court Western District of New York.
