Dan brings a wealth of experience in criminal law to Cohen & Lombardo, including four years as an Erie County Assistant District Attorney where he was responsible for all aspect of prosecuting felonies and misdemeanors. Prior to joining Cohen & Lombardo, Dan headed the Law Orrices of Daniel DuBois, a general practice concentrating on criminal cases at the trial level in both Supreme and County Courts. He is also a member of the Erie County Bar Association. Welcome aboard Dan.

Admitted to the practice in New York, Massacheusetts, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District, Jim will focus on premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, complex products liability matters, construction accidents and employment discrimination claims. Prior to joining Cohen & Lombardo, Jim held a prestigious law clerkship with the University of Massachusetts, Office of the General Counsel. Welcome aboard Jim.
Members of the firm recently helped Habitat for Humanity construct a home for one if its beneficiaries. The home was located on Congress Street in Buffalo. Activities included landscaping, installation of siding, and painting. The next day, when little aches and pains set in, Amy Vigneron was heard comparing the moving of topsoil to running a marathon. Lots of exercise, but not something the body was made to do.
Stuart Shapiro is one of the co-authors of the newest edition of the Handbook on Insurance Law which was recently published by the New York State Bar Association. This two-volume set, first published in 1996, comprises the most widely used set of reference materials used by Attorneys in the State of New York for insurance law related issues.
